Return Policy

At Tapes mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order:

1.1 No Return after Delivery

Once the order has been delivered as per the specifications, it cannot be returned. We ensure that all products are properly checked before dispatch.

1.2 Return for Incorrect Items

If the items delivered do not match your order, you may request a replacement. To initiate a return:

• Call our support number within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Pickup and replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

1.3 Return for Quality Issues

We maintain strict quality control, but in rare cases, if the product has genuine quality issues:

• A written complaint must be submitted via email or in writing within 3 days of delivery.
• Quality issues that qualify for return include:
  • Damaged or defective tape
  • Manufacturing defects such as adhesion failure or incorrect print
• Issues such as change in preference or color perception will not qualify.
• We may request lab reports or photographs to assess the claim.
• Valid claims will be resolved by replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

• Accepted cancellations before dispatch (see section 3)
• Valid returns due to incorrect or defective products
• Accepted surplus material returns

Refunds will be made to your original payment method or bank account within 10 business days of approval. You will be notified once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.

• If the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days.
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3.2 Tapes mart-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Technical or pricing errors
• Unavailability of stock
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount will be refunded.
